Our hosting account came with a free online radio system, I think we should get some use from it, so does anyone have any ideas as to what we could put on it? Any audio file should work, and it can be put on site/ separate page ect... what do you think?

This just has the songs I could find on my desktop (a lot of Florence + the Machine?) If we chose to do anything with it, I would embed a player into forum ect.

-Allow members to upload songs to a folder which will then be played on the radio

No idea if this will catch on but potentially having an almost MOHAA Community radio of sorts? Perhaps we can obtain regular listeners from other clans with which we are friendly with, I'm not sure what the community is like these days? Or perhaps an automatic playlist and if there are volunteers for 'DJ's' on a particular night or something?

Its not much of a 'radio' as such if it only plays audio files... it sounds more of an audio player...

Radio is back up and running, and working on adding it to the Chat bar and allowing members to upload mp3 files. After this is sorted, we can working live shows/ podcasts, or whatever anyone has in mind. Please post below if you intend to contribute to any of this and what you will do.

 (Co)I'd liike to broacas just general talk about people in uif maybe, finding out more about the people behind the names, maybe even do joibt broadcasts with other meembers on their view on different thing or a joke of the day. Not really sure thyne could do a daily ramble or a weekly ramble on something that. Annoyed him but hopefully could discuss this more when I actually have a mac to usest

Ok, I have semi-integrated it into the chat bar, but just a temporary fix until I can make it part of the actual bar (not a pop-out)

If it's a live broadcast, first we should share it; I wouldn't like to talk just with our clan members, there's already TS. (we could also use spreaker.com)

Anyway, my idea is to upload music, talkin' about mohaa, genearl news from the world, making interviews to our clan (eg how thyne built up our clan) and to our players too, talkin' about our favourite music genre and what else.

I can help you, I've been a radio speaker for about 6-7 months in a game radio on spreaker.com, which was the most followed web radio on the net

By all means we can share it, but the whole point of this is to use somethign that we have been given, not to go use some random podcast creator. The radio can be a combination of music upload by members (most of the time), live or pre-recorded stuff and whatever else anyone can think of.

Yep, it's a solution too.
For expamle, on spreaker.com ppl can  do both live podcasts and recording.

On the radio we have been given you can broadcast from it yourself we do not need to use other programs

Radio song upload us nearly complete, as is the radio page. I have tested a radio player on the chat bar, but came across a few issues, but the radio page should be done soon.
